Booking Conditions

Booking will be confirmed once we have received a completed booking form. We also require a 50% deposit, if booking four weeks ahead of your trip.

This can be sent as a cheque along with this booking form payable to “Rockhopper”, or by contacting us with your card details on 07739 837344. We will contact you for final payment, prior to your trip.

Cancellation by Customer

Deposits are non-refundable within two weeks of the trip. Cancellations prior to this are offered another date. If this is not suitable a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us

Very rarely we may have to cancel a course due to dangerous or unsuitable weather conditions. In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible and a full refund or another date will be offered.
